Teaching Awards Trust supported by Pearson, last night saw Matt Middlemore win the Headteacher of a Primary School award.
The school was in Special Measure and in 18 months he turned the school around to being Good and on the borderline of Outstanding with the help of a life coach to lift morale and build confidence in his teachers and staff, see him here at 37 minutes.
