Our Philosophy and Approach
Our communities and society is suffering from a lack of self-responsibility – a disease created by decades of Governmental self-interest amongst other things. The education system has become not fit for purpose; it has lost sight of creating a whole person curriculum building self-responsibility, independent individuals ready to face a fast changing future.
Young people today are the future, they need to be empowered with personal development skills including a growth mind-set, life and social skills, motivated and inspired to take control of their life.
We believe young people from disadvantaged families are the group most at risk, particularly with the 4thIndustrial Revolution and Artificial Intelligence. Perhaps the wave of increasing knife crime and serious violence by young people is a cry for help,a way to reject the messed up society we’ve created for them.
The only way young people are going to change is if they choose to become self-responsible and take control of their life – easier said than done. We have to create an environment where they feel safe and trust those partnering them, before any teaching or training can start.
We have done this with our unique and evidence based personal development programmes using a powerful combination of life coaching, mindfulness and emotional literacy techniques
Our Unique Selling Point is a concept called the ‘energetic connection’, it’s a powerful combination of heart to heart emotion, gut feeling and intuition but with more potential for a deeper connection. It’s based on the fact we are all made of energy, according to Socrates and quantum physicists, it’s fundamental and subconscious and we experience it all the time.
It can transform all your relationships. The better we feel about ourselves the more positive energy we are emitting and we have a stronger connection to those around us. Children are sensitive and have innate abilities and wisdom; they’re drawn to adults emitting positive energy and integrity.
Today’s children have innate abilities and wisdom and are more sensitive to energy, they can be labelled ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, learning difficulties, SEND and other ‘mental disorders’, but they are drawn to adults emitting positive energy and integrity.
The energetic connection is where participants connect to a deeper level of themselves and start to become aware of a wider view of the world. With practice they can expand their level of consciousness beyond themselves and have the capacity, desire and experience of making different life choices during our suite of programmes.
Our programmes are experiential, for young people, parents (a vital partner) and teachers, in the last session they create their own sustainability strategy.
