“There is a lot of scepticism around what life coaching means,” says inspirational Family Coach Alan Wilson. “Some people think it’s about positive thinking and that helps but there’s so much more to it than that, it’s more about loving yourself and that’s what our innovative approach helps you with.”
“Let me take you through our 3-step process.
1) Positive Thinking
When you feel life is against you or everything you try falls apart you are far from being able to think positively. So the first step is:
2) Focus On Your Strengths
Again, this is not easy when maybe you’re feeling a failure, so we will work togtether to help you identify your strengths. I know when you may have experienced a lot of negativity that might be hard, but you’re not on your own, you’re working with someone who has transformed the lives of thousands of children, parents and professionals.
3) Taking Action
This is key. You may have tried taking action loads of times but the key is doing something different. After all if you keep doing what you’ve always done you’ll keep getting what you’ve always got. This is where the rubber hits the road; together we will identify a strategy to take you forward. Whatever you decide to achieve from your coaching I guarantee you will achieve it.”
