We are divided
After all the shennigans over Brexit two important issues are apparent, one is as a country we are divided and the second is who can we trust? Education will provide us with the solution to both.
Our vision is to integrate a personal development programme in schools for every child, family and extended family to have a strong sense of self: self-esteem, self-realisation and self-responsibility. Participants would be personally empowered and create the foundation for life long learning in a fast changing and volatile world.
This would help people realise that they have all they need inside to take responsibility and trust themselves, and give them the motivation and inspiration for their future.
The future
Empowered and motivated people will benefit the most in the future with the challenges of the 4th Industrial Revolution, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and robotics. AI can optimise but not create. Creativity comes from within – creative jobs are the only ones that are safe.
If parents and adults are engaged in this process it would take a huge pressure off the Government for a wide variety of reasons and shape the future of our country. It could also help us become a world leader again.
New skills would be needed like the ability to access higher order thinking skills, enabling them to analyse, synthesise, problem-solve and evaluate information, instead of simply recalling facts.

Our suite of personal development, experiential and evidence-based programmes deliver an integrated and cohesive approach to:
- Empower pupils with resilience, social and emotional well-being and to take responsibility for themselves.
- Improve teachers work life balance and their personal and emotional well-being.
- Inspire families to achieve, take responsibility, feel better about themselves and become empowering role models.
- Create an empowering coaching culture where all teachers, parents and pupils are working in partnership throughout the school and community.
Our Unique Selling Point is a concept called the ‘energetic connection’, it’s similar to gut feeling and intuition but with more potential for a deeper connection. Evidenced in a 2-year project evaluated by Canterbury Christ Church University.
Our Learning Framework shows the neurobiological potential connections, each participant intuitively takes what they need. They realise they are in control of their thoughts, feelings and emotions – they are enough and feel inspired to change their life!
